REFEREE CLASSIFICATIONS
Youth: Referees (must be ages 14 to 16)
Must pass District Referee Exam
District: Beginners (must be over the age of 16)
Must pass District Referee Exam
Regional: Minimum Experience – 2 years
Must pass Regional Referee Exam with a minimum mark of 75% and pass a practical assessment with junior players.
Provincial: Minimum Experience – 4 years
Must pass Regional Referee Exam with a minimum mark of 85% and pass a practical assessment at the men’s competative level.
National: Mimimum Experience – 6 years
Recommended by the Ontario Futsal Association.
Must pass three practical assessments at the men’s competative level and demonstrate ability at the National level.
International: Minimum Experience – 8 years
Recommended by the Canadian Futsal Association.
Demonstrated ability at the National Championships. |
